The Green Party

I have never paid any attention to the Green Party until I noticed that they were chasing votes at our university's, they plead saving the world!, and all the crap under the sun, the most alarming thing for me is that they state that it should not be a criminal act to be a member of a terrorist group in this country, this is from a leader who happens to be Australian, so we have a person who comes from a totally different environment to which we live in, has no real idea at to what the UK is about, she wants to reduce the army to a home army, that alone would put thousands out of work, and she states that every one should receive £72 per week, just how do they come to sprout this clap trap rubbish, the trouble is that our young people are it seems easily led as so many has joined the party, unfortunately when asked what the Greens policy are they do not have the slightest idea, the reality is that as the Liberals did sprout unattainable policy's because they knew that they did not have a chance in hell of being elected as a real government so they were safe, at the moment all they are doing is playing at it, how long can this country go on with coalitions to govern this country?, can you imagine a coalition that included UKIP, SNP, Greens and any other bunch you can think of, one thing would be for sure the country would go to the dogs.     

Greece

Greece, Well have they not upset the Germans?, the prime minister is an ex communist, and he has joined forces with a group who oppose immigration so does it ring any bells anywhere? it does for me, they have 25% unemployment a massive debt but no real income so how do they manage to survive?, borrow of course the only way out for them, people need employment to be able to live employment brings in taxes, consequently the country survives or tries too, you can only keep up austerity for a period of time then the people rebel, so it does not surprise me that the population have voted for the extreme because nothing else is going to help them, it is no good Europe complaining this was bound to happen at some time or another, reality says that Europe is unlikely to recover the debt whatever they do, I am sure that Greece will return to the drachma quite soon, the trouble is that the monkeys who run Europe just do not grasp the anger of some people they lord it over, the Lion might be friendly but is always looking to bite, but these people never see the bite coming, the reason being that they have NO common sense and if they had it they would not have the slightest idea as to how to use it. 

The Middle East

It is so sad to see that the children of the Middle East are still dying or become orphans, little of no education, clothing, food ,  or proper accommodation, it is cold in this country so just what it is like there in the cold with nothing must be horrendous for these small mites,  but still the killing goes on and on, new year but no change, will it never end? not likely as the governments of the Middle East seem powerless to do anything to sort out this mess, this has been going on so long, I know that many nations are flying sorties  by the thousand, at a fantastic cost every time an aircraft fires rockets or drops guided bombs, surely it has to be realised that this plan of action is failing, the governments of the Middle East have to put together a land force to sort this out they can't rely on the West for help, if they don't get their act together soon there will be more dead than alive and the whole area will be ruled by religious fanatics.

NHS

Nobody has defended the NHS more than me, but it was no help to me this afternoon, I had an appointment at ophthalmology, as a good patient I was 10 mins early for my appointment 2.45pm, I had to wait till 3.15 before I went through the system, seen by a nurse and then moved into a different waiting room as I went I asked how long it would be before I was to be seen she told me that I was next, so I sat and waited and waited and waited saw people going in and out of the consultant who I was to see, so at 4.15 I asked just when I would be seen once again next, so I finally went in at 4.25 had my eyes inspected then had to sit outside again to have photos taken of the back of my eyes, then out to wait once again, I went into the consultant at 5.15, to be told I need an operation, would I sign the consent form so after discussion I did, then the last problem arose he did not have one of my labels to stick on the form so had to sit and wait in the waiting room while the nursing staff printed them out, easy you  might think not a chance the printer ran out of ink so they were messing about with a second printer, finally they managed it by then it was 5.35 the place was deserted, the nurse then told me that I needed to have some tests but as they had messed me about so much they told me that they would call me back in at a latter date to have the tests. I was worn out had a sore bum, a headache just to help me on my way, really not impressed at all!!!. I arrived home at 6.15pm some 4 hours since I had left.

Belgium/France

Belgium, First France now Belgium, this time though kill first ask questions later, would that happen I the UK?, I think not we have not got the nerve, we ask questions first and if the answer is OK let them go, that is us all over.
We are being over whelmed by migrants from Calais, the French have now opened a new complex for them meaning more and more arriving food medical and showers, but they are happy when they get through to the UK  because that is the end for the French, we can't send them back to France as they will not take them back, they should every time these people attempt to cross the channel are caught they should be finger print them, but the French will not do it because that would make them their responsibility, the law says that you have to claim asylum at the point of arrival, that would be fine if they were finger printed and registered on arrival then we would know just who and where they come from, but we then run into the human rights wingers, the lawyers who are making a killing representing these people, they appeal time and time again and if they fail they just vanish still I this country working on the black market the appeals costing us a fortune, I keep reading that these people are a benefit to this country, they need to stay because if they go home they might be submitted to foul treatment, OK, but if you are so desperate to get away from your home you would be so happy for freedom where ever you might land thanking you lucky stars to be safe, but no that is not good enough for them they have been told that the UK is paved with gold so they throw away their papers so no one knows where they have come from, making themselves stateless them selves, why is it expected that Europe expects us to take in all and sundry?, we have limited space no spare housing, education on the edge and the NHS going to the wall, it seems that the fact that these people have broken the rules is our fault I suppose in a way it is because of stupidity of the last government has done this but deny any responsibility for the problem, they have caused but whoever gets in  are going to have to do something about it before we can't swing a cat!!!!!.  

Terrorism

I went on line this morning to find that my Twitter account had been suspended or so the mail said, I went onto the site to argue my case to find that in fact it had not been so a mistake or what?, am I to shut up about the problems in the world today? but I just can't, looking at Syria again still no real help for the children, coldest winter they say is upon them many still not under some sort of cover, lack of food and water, aid for whatever the world says seems not to get there, or if it does it is often misappropriated before it can be distributed, so many lives put at risk the strong taking all! the poor having to squabble over the left overs. Terrorism is terrorism to us but to others they are seen as freedom fighters so they are in some cases supported, so where do we go from here, is the west going to fall back in  to a well of self pity or will our leaders actually take responsibility to look after us and stop pussy footing about when it comes to the evils of terrorism??!!.  

Terrorism

I have been disappointed by the quietness of the government on Terrorism, terrorists are underground people in small groups with their own agenda, to stop them a large element of luck has to had, they try to do nothing to attract attention to them selves, so are difficult to find let alone deal with, the alarming thing for me is that the one's that are known are often rejected from watching, wrong decisions by authority can and have caused many deaths, but as I have said before we are in fact lucky, not many deaths from terrorism but it is still awful when it does happen, we can't watch everyone who comes to the attention of the authorities, we could not afford it, so in all honesty we have to trust to the hope that it is not us that suffer, but we can alleviate some of the possibilities, mainly anyone who is under suspicion of terrorism trying to enter the UK British passport holder or not should be refused entry, we can't allow people in hoping to watch these known people, we do not have the recourses or man power to do it, human rights do not at all come into this, terrorism is a horrific crime there is no excuse for the act of forcing your ideas on people, authority knowing these facts are putting the majority of us at risk, this is not acceptable, the well being of the population is paramount, the human rights of the terrorist are none, refusing entry is logical only fools would let them in, people indoctrnated into terror do not just stop their actions and belief, why should the Western world have to cower to these people, but of course the government whoever they are, are far to frightened to act in the manner they should because PC has been pushed down the throat of every British person of the UK. it is time that MP's looked after the people of the nation who should not have to walk the streets in fear of terrorism on the street.

Terrorism

I am sick of these people who think that they can push their religion on to us and the world by force and terrorism, so many killed in France it is so sad but what about the Africans who had 2,500 killed in one killing spree by Boco Haram (I hope the spelling is correct if not I apologise), the name might change but the principal of hate and murder is the same wherever it occurs, the fact that we in Europe escape this slaughter it is in a small way here but it does not matter it is still affront to society, I believe that we have brought a lot of these problems on ourselves by our politically correct attitude to these mad people, we have allowed them to freely preach death and destruction as often as they want with not the slightest worry of prosecution, where as if a member of the population should make a comment against these people they were and are hauled before the courts as racists.
If we are going to have laws regarding incitement to kill it has to be administered properly, I mean that all have to be taken to account not just one set of people, some of the nastiest rhetoric I have seen on  the net has been against the Jews, foul and disgusting hatred for no other reason that they happen to be Jewish, it matters not what type of people they might be they are portrayed as scum,  these are said by people who have the nerve to then complain that their religion is being defiled, it is time that we enforced the law on every person in this land whatever, religion is no excuse for hatred, and we as a Nation should not allow certain religion to have an escape route where others have to take justice on the chin. There is no place for a two tier justice system in this country we can't allow justice to be different from one to another. We have an election shortly so why not ask your prospective MP what he thinks?, they then just might realise what this is all about.

The NHS

It is really making me very angry as to the behaviour of some Hospital Trusts in this country, a promise to voters some years ago the government did say that the NHS was to become more transparent, but years later and that is still not the case, I keep saying that the gagging orders that trusts use to shut up whistle-blowers are not legal, how many more people would have died at Mid Staffs if some one did not have the bottle to say just what was going on,even so a cover up was attempted, young people out there seem to think that the care in hospitals is excellent! well in most cases it is but in some it is appalling, in most cases you will never hear of the mistakes they will not be reported as staff involved have their mouths taped shut, if they should break this rule it is  a mark on your record meaning that you are unlikely to get another post in the NHS, this has to stop and stop now, we are loosing nurses as it is, we are not training nowhere enough nurses anyway, the question I have is why, why, why does a nurse have to have a degree to do the job?????, you cant factor in the word care into a degree, we need to go back to training nurses  in the environment that they will work in not in a university, so we are in a position where we are employing nurses from anywhere we can get them from and what ever the government says they do not have to understand English, I just hope that if I am admitted again I pray that I will only be looked after by nurses that can speak and understand what I am saying, the younger generation needs to be aware of just what is going on before they have to be admitted themselves and all of a sudden find out that it is not quite as good as they were led to believe, ask you MP where he stands on the subject? pressure might help to sort this mess out, I have asked mine!!

NHS

I said just a few days ago that the A&E departments would be overwhelmed over the new year, just as I said that it is exactly what has happened, pictures of young girls drunk on the street unable to walk in one case being dragged along the street by her friend, why do we accept this behaviour??, it is nice to go out and have a drink but to get so smashed out of your brain is just stupidity in the extreme, don't young women realise that they are under dressed and incapable and there are some very nasty people about on the streets prowling about just looking for a likely target and these girls are putting themselves at a massive risk, why is it today that so many see the need to drink till 3/4 am before they are put out on the street to get themselves home, personally (may be I am a prude) I think the opening times for licenced premises should be confined from 10am till 11pm and then close, just maybe then the A&E departments would not be so overwhelmed by drunks, there is something seriously wrong with people who think that it is OK to get drunk out of their minds on a regular basis, it is not normal or acceptable to the person on the street, time to be responsible for your drinking habit, you might think it is clever but unfortunately for you the rest of find it very unacceptable so take the hint!!!!.  

Whistleblowing NHS

It makes me sick that the NHS is gagging staff who make statements regarding the faults made by the NHS in hospitals, senior doctors have been belittled by management of trusts because they had the nerve to publicly disclose faults, it is not acceptable that hospital trusts can stop these faults becoming public knowledge, the government tells us that they are pushing for transparency in the NHS but it is just not happening, a senior doctor can loose his/her job just by expressing a concern about patient safety in their departments, how can this be?, I believe that it is due to labours policy's in the last government where stupid targets were set for hospitals to attain, so the management will not accept criticism from staff, when in hospital you have the right to be looked after in a caring manner by qualified staff who have your best interests at the forefront of treatment, not the managements policy of hiding behind closed doors and keeping the truth from the outside world, this is not an attack on the staff of the NHS but the senior managers who seems to believe that it is in their best interests not the patient, they hold their job position more important than anything else and has to be preserved, the health secretary needs to sort this evil out at its deepest roots, we as the patient need to be sure that we are safe in hospital and believe that the treatment we are receiving is safe and being applied in a proper manner, the paramount importance of treatment is the fact that Patient Safety comes first not the managements policy of meeting targets life is far more important than targets, it is time that the government takes action against these senior staff who have no thought at all for the safety of the patients that attend their hospitals.  It is well known to be happening so now sooner than later has to be the need of the government to act in this matter and before the next election.
