Have you heard that the NHS has a massive shortage of nurses?, why? the NHS says that it is because so many nurses have taken early retirement, many only 50 years of age, what are we asked to believe is that even though there is this massive shortfall in staff we are told that there is no reduction in service to the patient, please do not make me laugh!, of course this has to have an adverse effect on patient care, why is it we are treated by some in the NHS as total idiots!!, well I have a little news for them I for one is looking at what is going on and I will rattle the cage till you become a little more honest, the government has told the NHS to make savings of £20 billion, so just how do you save this amount?, it has to affect patient care, lack of staff = tired staff this then resorts into lack of care because of lack of time because of lack of staff, it is not surprising that so many mistakes are being made, you can only make so many cuts before service declines, ward closures clinic reductions, so many more problems, if you work for the NHS can you be sure of your future?, I think not, so just what is the future of the NHS?, it seems that it has been put on a slippery slope that is gathering speed to destruction, remember we pay National Insurance for this service and your pension, but without quality NHS care will you live long enough to get your pension?, maybe this is a plan to save money in the future!!, who knows?.
So many questions but very few answers.
