NHS
2000 nurses have been polled regarding staffing on their wards, all of them said that the ward was grossly understaffed, now then if this is the case why is it that the government will not agree to a minimum staffing for wards in hospitals, seems a bit silly to play about with patient lives, why should we be put at risk?, if nurses say it is not acceptable "it is not Acceptable", so many people that I speak to are frightened to death to be admitted to their local hospital, that is not acceptable situation, we are people not cattle mind you some people think that cattle get a better deal than they do by going to their hospital, many ideas have been thrown about but have not worked as they should, i.e. choose and book and 18 weeks, just have not worked, so what of the future?, it is going to be a bit bleak, the appointments system is a real joke and I would very much like to know what research has been done into the patients who do not attend, there has to be a reason be it good or bad, working this out would save a considerable amount of money, but I have never seen any answer to this problem I would really like to know.
